A US diet consultant has suggested what many of us always suspected – that airline food in economy isn’t that healthy.

But dishes on some carriers are improved for us than others.

Dr Charles Platkin, a techer during a City University of New York School of Public Health, has suggested that domestic US and Canadian airlines have done an bid to demeanour after travellers’ waistlines in 2015 – and named and abashed those that haven’t.
