Dimitri Semenikhin, owners of Yacht Harbour, pronounced The One was one of a initial vast yachts when it was built by Lurssen in 1973 and has had a vast change on today’s megayachts.

With a chronological value, he said, a vessel could have had a value of €25million (£18million) to €30million (£22million) before a fire, depending on a state of a interior and machinery.

Benjamin Maltby, from MatrixLloyd, a heading management on superyacht purchases, pronounced a value of The One might be double that, during closer to £40million.

He said: ‘The One is harder to put a pre-fire value on as she is older, though was recognised by a late Jon Bannenberg, who arguably stays a biggest ever superyacht designer.

‘The customer wouldn’t have had many change from £40million. She might good be value rebuilding, though a cost would be not distant off her pre-fire value.’

Barbie, built in 2006 by Al Jadaf and designed by Romeo Design, is styled after a normal superyacht of today.

It was owned by Turkish businessman and former Galatasaray football bar boss Unal Aysal.

Based on identical yachts now on a market, it would now have a value of €15million (£11million) to €20million (£14.6million), Semenikhin said.

Maltby put Barbie’s value even higher, during £20million to £25million.

But a vessel appears to be a write-off, as a multiple of smoke, feverishness and H2O repairs means that small would be left of her interior, engines and equipment, he said.

He added: ‘Insurance underwriters will have allocated a surveyor and detriment adjuster immediately, though they will also be examining a process excellent print.
